How We Generate Specific Buying Offers
Our deals are developed based on factors directly affecting the home in question. One such factor includes Location. When trying to price a home and figure out its value, you simply need to look nearby. The market is based on location, meaning that values within the same neighborhood will usually be very similar.
Another factor is Recent Market Activity. Purchases and sales within a particular neighborhood are indicators of a market’s lowest and highest values. Essentially, a home can only be worth as little as the least valuable house on the street, or as valuable as the most expensive house.
Next on the list is the most obvious factor. Amenities. What a home has and does not have is the sole basis for the home’s value. It is also the only factor that could outweigh (somewhat) Market Activity and Location.
