The journey of Keredan Home Solutions, LLC began with its owners, Kereza and Roldan, in Tokyo, Japan. Kereza worked as a shipping-logistics accountant for a multinational trade company, while Roldan was on a two-year military assignment. As they dated and planned their future, Roldan shared his passion for real estate investment and its potential to help people.

After marrying and relocating to the U.S., the couple began networking and studying the Northeast Florida real estate market. As Roldan approached military retirement, they invested in financial education and established their family business in the Spring of 2020. Even with the onset of COVID-19, they were undeterred, driven by their calling: to provide quality, safe, and affordable housing to hard-working families.

With extensive real estate experience as a landlord and investor in his hometown of Puerto Rico since 2013, Roldan was confident not only in continuing to grow his business on the island but also in launching a family company with Kereza in Jacksonville, Florida.

Driven by a goal to build a family legacy as entrepreneurs, they knew that combining their love for real estate with helping others navigate life’s challenges was the perfect foundation for their business success.
